Perhaps they would like my brother's address, too.

As many of you can imagine, I have been directed to stop communicating with the District and told to channel all inquiries through their legal counsel. Perhaps the District was getting flustered in having to respond to pointed questions about how they conduct business. Oh well, no big deal. If the District wants a lawyer to read my questions, attach a bill and forward them along, who am I to argue. I have honored their request and have been communicating with Duncan Fobes and Sarah Mack.

Then my wife gets a letter in the mail, dated October 25, 2007. Apparently, she is being notified that as a current employee, consultant, board member, assistant superintendent or superintendent, certain records are being requested that may impact her. I was not aware that my wife ever worked for the District in any capacity and I confirmed as much with her. Strange.

Clearly, the District seeks to provide me with a courtesy copy of the letters that went out to everyone in the District. While I find it nominally informative, I can see no logical reason for including the spouse of a former employee in the circulation. Am I supposed to be worried? Is my spouse supposed to have an emotional response and demand that any and all blogging stop? Just what was the motivation for including her? I am puzzled, but decisions made by district administration normally have such an effect on me.

If the District would like to send a copy of their letter to anyone else in my family, just let me know.

Maybe someone from HR imagined a conversation you had with your wife and documented the imaginary conversation and it went into a file in the black hole and appeared in the disclosure request or maybe someone from HR was half listen to a conversation you had with your wife and documented in and placed it in a file for it to show up in the disclosure request. Good luck - the walls all have EARS!

When your wife received her letter; I'll bet you laughed all the way to your computer! Just goes to show you how some employees complete their assigned tasks (inefficiency).

Hey Debby, why does my name end up in a public disclosure notice? I understand that the Blonde Liar can't keep her mouth shut, but don't you have the ability to screen some of the garbage that spews out of her mouth? The "conflict of interest" camp is never doing anything by the book anyway. Nice job on getting your boy all caught up on his sick leave back in 2005. It really did not matter how you handeled that. It was destine to look horrible on paper, despite the cover up efforts. Hey King5, could you look into this for me?

I think HR has a person that spreads a lot of gossip and untruths. She and her camping buddies spend a lot of time talking about the ESC and certain people that work in that building. They may not be sobber when they have some of these conversations but I "imagine" they get down and dirty. I would say that much of the stuff shared should be confidentialbut is not at these events everything and everybody up for grabs. Belive me I have been there but I did not document any of the conversations so guess it won't show up in the public disclosure stuff. I think the waddle needs to be put on unpaid admin. leave so all of this stuff about her can be investigated. She is the BIGGEST GOSSIP we have in the district even more then the mom from MDH.

I'd be satisfied if they put her on paid administrative leave. Well not really, because taxpayers should not have to support people like her. Yes, above, you are right. She is considered one of the original "Squirrels". But she has on her own, ruined the fun for everybody. Her fat mouth is like a cup runneth over. She has a pathetic life, and needs to put other people down, to elevate her self esteem. And yes they do drink and talk about district employees on camping weekend. I have some good gossip from her best friend in HR. The "conflict of interest" Queen. It is not favorable to the husband though, so I am inclined to not talk about it. Unless this drums up alot of interest, and many of you request, then it would be alright. Anyway, I think administrative leave would be fitting. Everyone else gets a turn. Has anyone looked up the word Squirrel? I can' stop laughing at the image I get, thinking of her. Sorry to the Zandberg family who do not deserve any further district ineptness.

It's too bad that, when confronted, the District has the ability to channel communications however they chose, with no legal requirement to explain or justify the action to anyone. Given the opportunity, power will be used to the advantage of those in charge. Power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely.
