I'll show you mine, if you show me yours.

Mark,

Please correspond directly with me on this matter and refrain from directly copying anyone at the Edmonds School District going forward. I will pass along any communications you have to them. I will be discussing your response with my client and will advise of next steps. Please advise if you are represented by an attorney in connection with this matter, so that I can correspond directly with him or her. I will assume you are not represented by an attorney in this matter until you or your attorney specifically advises me. Thank you.

Sincerely,

I'm guessing this is another $500. Anybody wonder why Perkins Coie bills also are "missing" from district documentation (both on-line and in paper form)?

Spending public money to flog the innocent. In this case, it looks like the flogging is with a wet noodle and Mr. Zandberg is beyond the noodle's length.

Thank you for sharing.

Here is a link (on the district server) to a teacher who has his own personal webpage. Did the district demand he "turn over his domain name"?

Everything on edmonds.wednet.edu belongs to the District. I am just wondering if the District will attempt to take all of the other domains I registered while working for them. Do they own everything I do, say and buy while in their employ? Their paychecks come with strings attached?

Why do I have to provide them with my receipts? I am not a public agency. Assuming I did provide receipts, they would then argue that I paid too much? What about a reasonable profit margin?
