How can we speak without losing our jobs? this is no joke. Please give me example please.
It is possible that Marla might attend this function. In such a case, I could inquire as to whether attendees could register their names, in case they are singled out by District management.
As District employees, you must be interested in the manner in which your employer is being portrayed in the media. You could attend seeking, no demanding to have the District's reputation salvaged by a comprehensive investigation.
Isn't that what Marla wants?
Much as we'd love to be there, we can't because we have a "no trespass" order against us; we can't be on District property.
Please note the fear that people are expressing.
See? Bullying works!! And it's so simple; just take 5 or 6 people and make an example of them in front of the masses. Self-preservation takes over quickly.
I look forward to the Town Hall meeting on Saturday, February 23 - I am retired from the Edmonds School District, but how can current employees be fired if they attend the meeting? Do you suppose Marla will be there with her legal pad taking down names? I also find it intersting that in one of the blogs, it states Marla may attend the Town Hall meeting; what about Nick? Does he just let Marla run everything?
The "no trespass" order cannot be in effect for a public meeting such as this one, as it would violate your constitutional right to assembly. Given that this event is after regular school hours and is a "rental" I'm certain you can attend.
To the Reuthers: If you don't feel comfortable going to the Brier meeting then attend the one at 10am in Bothell.
I can't be there can someone speak about the PORN found on a Edmonds School Districts managers computer profile and about his so called time he took off with his wife "another district employee" that never got turned in.
Then the same two employees brought this up to a higher management She said, " its none of your business".
They also asked about his work week. He's "exempt" which means he doesn't have to work a 40 hr work week.
In the larger scheme of things, it is a moot point. We will be in Spokane judging the Eastern Washington National History Day Regional exhibit. If we can't teach it, we'll judge it. I'll also judge at the State contest in April.
We are pleased that our abilities are recognized and appreciated by this dedicated group of educators.
I'm beginning to think that certain people were jealous that their pictures were not among the porn discovered at the warehouse. :)
55,000 hits and climbing. 'Course alot of the those are by the lawyers. They're inflating the numbers.
To 220604(the woman author). YOUR search for a jealous person probably stops where all the porn started. His wife is so ashamed she can't even report to work.
It's none of your business is a new term coming from HR. It must of been used a lot in Florida!
"It's none of your business" is a much more honest position statement than "If you don't like it here, you can go someplace else" when the administration itself actually causes the chaos that you find unpleasant.
