Duncan,
I would like to receive copies of any and all archive manifests for documents that may have been removed from Property Management's "vault files" within the last six months. By "vault files" I mean the three 42 inch wide, five drawer (top drawer is actually a flipper door) file cabinets located in Property Management on the second floor of the ESC. By archived manifests, I mean a list of all documents removed from the "vault files" and sent to any location outside of the ESC, whether the District warehouse or any other location.
If no such manifests exist, and documents have been removed, I would like to coordinate a viewing of the remaining documents.
I would also like to know who was assigned the task of removing and/or archiving documents, how they were selected for the task and what qualifications they possess that would make them uniquely qualified for this task.
Thank you.

Hey, whats the deal with this letter I got in the mail about being sick 13 days? It was sent from the district, Who is this this guy?
Interesting. How many people also got this letter? In our case the use of sick leave was, in many cases, related to the treatment that we endured during our last two or three years in the District. We had to use our sick leave to survive the bullying that was directed at us.
I used vacation for some of my sick days. Will I get this letter? that the hell is going on up at ESC?
I used vacation for sick leave, and I did not get this letter. I also used more than 13 days in one year, and never received a letter for that.
Can someone explain what the letter is all about? I do know that before I was "shuffled out" of the District, I had to use sick leave for "mental" illness, then when I left, I had very little sick leave left to use toward my medical insurance after "retirement", which cost me $436.00 a month until age 65.
Marla's former admin assistant spent most of the summer shredding documents. I wonder if these were included? Anybody know why she "suddenly retired"? Can you contact her?
The District's legal counsel chimed in, they will not be providing the name of the clerical substitute that was assigned the task of shredding documents.
Would anyone happen to know who it was? I will just ask them directly.
I think this person is "donna reed"
spelling might be off.
I have alway understood you could not use vacation or personal hours when your were out sick unless you had no sick leave hours on the books. Guess someone told me wrong AGAIN! D%$ I hate when that happens.
"donna reed" was not the substitute.
