You have to listen to your employees and you must empower them. Make them believe it is their business as well and they will take pride and very careful consideration into everything they do. The employer will benefit. There will be no pilfering, no animosity, and much success will come from word of mouth advertising. Is is simple intelligence if you take care of every important aspect of your business then it will take care of you.<BR/><BR/>In the Edmonds School District, because it is an educational organization and must reflect the philosophies of what it teaches, and is also obligated to create a healthy, productive environment almost as a default, it must be a reflection of the best of our community and that which supports it. <BR/><BR/>This District, however, does not respect that promise. Because the management currently in charge of this debacle is not hurt by poor business practices and has only seen increases in their salaries while teaching jobs are being eliminated, they have no incentive to change.
