It takes the honest and the intuitive to recognize that this is not money well spent. Real leadership is hard to come by, but it must be out there somewhere. Based on his conduct and that of his ilk, it should have read "The real measure of a person is what they can do TO those who can offer nothing in return."

Yeah, I'm sure that's what he really meant.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29571009.post-936946090292091752008-02-03T23:31:00.000-08:002008-02-03T23:31:00.000-08:00Being the next target is the worst fear for those ...Being the next target is the worst fear for those working out in buildings with kids. Month after month, we are told one thing while we observed another from the ESC. Very destructive to morale. Working with colleagues becomes harder as people either become cheerleaders for the bosses, right or wrong, or they retreat to their classrooms and try to keep from becoming the next target.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29571009.post-83461787664306323062008-02-03T14:29:00.000-08:002008-02-03T14:29:00.000-08:00Nick,You said one thing to me that sticks in my mi...Nick,
You said one thing to me that sticks in my mind.
